By using Rooter Guy Plumbing & Septic’s website or services, you agree to these terms. These terms govern your use of our services and interactions with our team.
Service Scope
Services include plumbing repairs, installations, inspections, and maintenance. Scope is defined by the client’s description and confirmed in writing prior to work.
Pricing and Estimates
All estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment. Additional costs for hidden issues or materials not included in the initial quote must be approved in writing.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion. We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee.
Workmanship and Warranty
All work is guaranteed for 90 days against defects in materials and labor. This warranty applies only if the system is used as intended and not subjected to misuse.
Liability Limitations
Rooter Guy Plumbing & Septic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the total service cost paid.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before appointment incur no fee. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are subject to a $50 service fee.
Emergency Services
24/7 emergency calls are prioritized. Response times vary by location and severity. Emergency service charges may apply and are communicated before work begins.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, and service branding are the exclusive property of Rooter Guy Plumbing & Septic and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in local courts within the jurisdiction of our primary service area.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
